In today’s algorithm, you are able to put keywords in your captions, and Instagram will still recognize your post and push your post out to relevant users.
These are included the time when you search for a phrase or a keyword, and some posts may show up where that keyword or phrase is neither in the hashtags nor captions. What happens now? 
Instagram now can classify content and look at the other areas of your post 
so that even if users aren’t typing the exact key term, as long as your post does relate to that topic, Instagram will show your content to them.
So do we still need to put the hashtag? Yes, we can do 3-5 or even go up to 30, as long as your hashtags relate to your post.
